Tarkett, a leading manufacturer of flooring solutions, sought to enhance B2B communication methods. Outdated PowerPoint presentations hindered effective information delivery, product education, and collaboration with their partners (distributors, buyers, and professionals).
A sophisticated B2B portal was developed, offering a multilayered user experience. Each partner received a personalized feed of relevant content, news, promotions, and resources tailored to their specific needs. This empowered Tarkett’s sales force to curate dynamic information packages for each partner, fostering deeper engagement and more productive interactions.
Analyzing user activity data (visit frequency, content engagement, and areas of interest) alongside existing offline research, Tarkett gained valuable insights into partner profiles and needs. This data-driven approach fueled the development of targeted communication and sales strategies, ensuring a more personalized and effective engagement with each partner.
The portal’s design seamlessly integrated recognizable Tarkett brand elements, utilizing squares and angles reminiscent of their flooring tiles. This visual language prioritized clean, functional aesthetics that resonated within a professional business environment.
My role included wireframing and website structure development, user experience and user interface design, consulting and creative supervision.
