Nestled in Tirol, Austria, Pronto is a thriving family restaurant and pizza place known for its warm atmosphere and delicious food. While it enjoyed a loyal following of locals and tourists, the highly developed hospitality industry demanded a stronger online presence to attract even more customers.
My task was to create a robust online presence for Pronto through website design and development. The website serves as the digital embodiment of Pronto’s characteristic charm and service. The choice of domain name (pronto.tirol) further emphasizes this heritage, ensuring easy recognition for visitors in the vicinity. Mouthwatering food visuals entice users and hint at the culinary delights awaiting them.
A simple and user-friendly design ensures a smooth experience, allowing visitors to explore the menu, events, and promotions. They can easily book a table or order food for delivery directly from the website. Brand fans (and future fans) can effortlessly share their love for Pronto through integrated social media links.
Pronto.tirol integrates seamlessly with the brand’s multi-channel online presence, including social media, booking and ordering apps, newsletters, and more. I also developed and implemented a successful SEO strategy, ensuring the website appears first in Google search results for relevant criteria.
From research and design to programming, testing, and ongoing optimization, I managed all aspects of pronto.tirol. This included database management, security, e-commerce integration with the point-of-sale system, copywriting, online marketing, CRM, and SEO. My focus on technical excellence, user experience, website security, and relevant content ensures a sustainable long-term strategy that will continue to deliver optimal results for Pronto.
In addition to the digital strategy, I am also responsible for the complete marketing strategy and brand identity of Pronto.
