Packaging design
The project involved the relaunch of Napolitanke, a beloved brand of crispy layered wafers with hazelnut cream and crushed hazelnuts, praised by consumers for their delicate taste. In a highly saturated market category, Jaffa Crvenka was competing for the leading position by developing new products and taste combinations and redesigning their portfolio.
The design structure was created and implemented on all products throughout the category: bold colors that make the packaging look lively and vibrant, and that clearly differentiate the tastes. The variety name uses fonts that were chosen for their simplicity and readability. Mouthwatering image of ingredients and high-quality rendering of the product perfectly describe brand’s heritage of tastiness. On left side is a brand device for recognition and as a quality mark. The design is vibrant and appetizing, with shadows and reflections adding depth and a premium feel. The design uses a combination of realism in the product depiction and simplicity in graphics to convey the product’s premium nature and flavor profile.
Following this successful brand repositioning and the launch of a premium variant of Napolitanke, Jaffa
Napolitanke achieved the largest market share in the category.
